Kevin, my 64-year-old uncle, was born with quadriplegic cerebral palsy and requires total care while being bedridden. Despite his challenges, he’s surrounded by love from family, friends, and caregivers. Raised by my grandmother, Roberta Robinson, who dedicated herself to Kevin’s needs, from baths to education. When she passed in 2010, my mother, Marcelene Robinson, honored her wishes by continuing Kevin’s care at home, ensuring he never went to a nursing home. Today, Kevin’s Gifted Hands Home Care Services continues this legacy of compassion, providing the same level of exceptional care to others that Kevin has received throughout his life.
